Provide expert facilitation and stakeholder engagement to finalize and implement an agency-wide strategic plan. Develop implementation frameworks, performance metrics, build consensus among diverse groups, and support evaluation and results-driven execution in in-person or hybrid sessions.

Provide clinical case management for inmates: perform enrollment, screening/assessment, develop continuity-of-care plans, make referrals, follow up with providers/agencies, maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic case files, submit progress reports, participate in clinical supervision and trainings.

Develop and implement AEM-based digital experiences: build custom components, templates, and workflows; manage Cloud Manager CI/CD deployments; optimize performance and security; support upgrades/migrations; integrate with MuleSoft/REST APIs; provide production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer while working in Agile teams.
