Responsibilities include prospecting, client engagement, platform adoption, expansion, churn prevention, renewal forecasting, CRM documentation, and collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The role requires developing expertise in equity capital markets and building relationships with investment banking and investment management stakeholders.

Sell and retain CMG's ECM platform to buy-side clients by managing a territory and portfolio, driving adoption, identifying expansion and churn risks, forecasting renewals, collaborating with Customer Success and Product, and meeting new business and renewal quotas.

Lead frontend development for the DataLab product, guiding technical direction, architecture, component design, accessibility, performance, and developer experience. Build scalable React and TypeScript interfaces, collaborate with product and backend teams, mentor engineers, and establish UI standards. Use AI-assisted coding tools responsibly and contribute to unit, component, and end-to-end testing with technologies including GraphQL, Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, and Storybook.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure system reliability and performance by implementing monitoring solutions and optimizing incident management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

The Platform Engineer will design and implement cloud infrastructure and tooling for ECM applications, focusing on reliability and efficiency in a collaborative engineering team.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts as primary contact to drive adoption, retention, onboarding, and expansion. Build account plans, surface product feedback, resolve client issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and platform value.
