Sell and retain CMG's ECM platform to buy-side clients by managing a territory and portfolio, driving adoption, identifying expansion and churn risks, forecasting renewals, collaborating with Customer Success and Product, and meeting new business and renewal quotas.

Drive client onboarding and implementations by coordinating cross-functional teams, documenting processes, managing project plans and timelines, serving as customer point of contact, and leading multiple technical deployments to ensure timely go-live and product adoption.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure system reliability and performance by implementing monitoring solutions and optimizing incident management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
