Responsibilities include quota-carrying expansion sales, technical discovery, proofs of concept, Python/SQL/Excel analyses, API demonstrations, OMS and EMS integrations, onboarding, go-live support, client technical assistance, account health monitoring, CRM reporting, and translating customer feedback into product and engineering improvements.

Design, provision, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based microservices on Azure. Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Terragrunt, Python, and Bash; support CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Maintain databases and distributed services, improve reliability and security, contribute to architecture and engineering planning, review code, document solutions, and mentor peers.
