Drive platform adoption, identify churn and growth opportunities, prospect for new business, forecast renewals, maintain CRM records, and build client relationships. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams while providing product feedback and supporting customer value initiatives.

Build and maintain enterprise React interfaces for financial-industry products. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements and designs into tested, accessible, maintainable code. Participate in product discussions, code reviews, technical research, prototyping, on-call support, and incident diagnosis using DataDog, OpenTelemetry, and Azure. Use AI coding assistants responsibly while contributing to frontend architecture and continuous improvement.
