Oversee and execute healthcare data migrations between legacy and modern Radiology Information Systems. Responsibilities include extracting, mapping, cleansing, transforming, loading, validating, and documenting clinical and administrative data; managing master lists; troubleshooting migration issues; supporting go-live implementations; training staff; and ensuring HIPAA compliance, data security, and accuracy. The role requires SQL, ETL, healthcare data standards, programming, Linux scripting, and Mirth/HL7 expertise.

Provides second-level technical support for PACS, RIS, and healthcare IT systems. Troubleshoots escalated issues, manages support queues, performs system updates, supports cloud integrations, documents resolutions, and coordinates with technical teams. The role also delivers customer training, conducts technical evaluations, supports healthcare compliance, performs root cause analysis, and maintains customer relationships. Healthcare IT or radiology experience, strong Windows and Linux administration, MSSQL, networking, and healthcare interoperability knowledge are required.

Coordinates healthcare IT and AI solution projects across cross-functional teams. Maintains project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, documentation, meeting records, and status reports. Supports go-live readiness, stakeholder communications, and action-item tracking. Requires project coordination experience in healthcare IT, proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Asana, and strong communication and documentation skills. PMP/CAPM certification, Agile experience, and healthcare compliance knowledge are preferred.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data platforms and resilient pipelines using Medallion architecture, Databricks, Apache Spark, Parquet, Iceberg, and Delta Lake. The role includes database optimization for PostgreSQL and SQLite, data quality and performance monitoring, ETL/ELT development, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with analytics stakeholders.
