This is a remote position.
Responsible for organizing and coordinating project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of healthcare IT and AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on scheduling, documentation control, progress tracking, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans and timelines.
- Track progress against milestones and manage resource updates.
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities with internal teams and clients.
- Develop and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
- Organize and document project meetings, minutes, and action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in project coordination in healthcare IT.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- PMP/CAPM certification or experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance or clinical workflows.
