Leads the end-to-end order management process for custom and stock golf club orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. Supervises approximately seven specialists, resolves order and process issues for domestic and international sales teams, coordinates inventory and supplier concerns, analyzes fulfillment data, and improves workflows to reduce errors and delays. The role requires cross-functional coordination across time zones and hands-on team leadership in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment.

Leads digital media strategy, paid and organic acquisition, performance marketing, conversion optimization, attribution, analytics, and appointment-booking growth. Manages multi-million-dollar media budgets, agency partners, internal media staff, SEO initiatives, affiliate and credit-card partnerships, tracking architecture, testing programs, and executive performance reporting. The role supervises three employees and works onsite at the Willowbrook, Illinois headquarters.
