Oversee accounting operations including vendor invoices, corporate credit cards, employee reimbursements, prepaid expenses, month-end journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. The Staff Accountant also reports on company travel spend, supports Australia entity accounting, prepares ad hoc analyses, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently onsite.

Leads digital media strategy, paid and organic acquisition, performance marketing, conversion optimization, attribution, analytics, and appointment-booking growth. Manages multi-million-dollar media budgets, agency partners, internal media staff, SEO initiatives, affiliate and credit-card partnerships, tracking architecture, testing programs, and executive performance reporting. The role supervises three employees and works onsite at the Willowbrook, Illinois headquarters.
