Pack and prepare meat snack products by following line leader instructions: weigh, label, case, palletize, scan into inventory, and maintain packaging and metal detector logs. Maintain quality, safety, GMPs, and cleanliness; rotate workstations, perform repetitive production tasks, and report hazards or quality issues. Support finished-goods transfer to warehouse and suggest process improvements.

Lead IT strategy and a team to deliver and maintain technology across a manufacturing facility, including infrastructure, security, systems integration, vendor management, project delivery, budgeting, and support for production control and operations.

Supervise bacon production operations to meet daily production, quality, safety, and regulatory targets. Manage staffing, schedules, training, SOPs, KPIs, continuous improvement (Lean/5S/SPC), and food safety (SQF) compliance while performing office-based reporting and stakeholder communication.

Paid internship supporting departmental projects across business functions. Responsibilities include research, data compilation, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, meetings and presentations, professional development, and occasional production-area visits. Work is mostly office-based with some production exposure and a flexible schedule.
