Pack and prepare meat snack products by following line leader instructions: weigh, label, case, palletize, scan into inventory, and maintain packaging and metal detector logs. Maintain quality, safety, GMPs, and cleanliness; rotate workstations, perform repetitive production tasks, and report hazards or quality issues. Support finished-goods transfer to warehouse and suggest process improvements.

Manage regulatory compliance and quality assurance for labels, programs, and SQF. Lead audits, maintain HACCP and SOPs, coordinate with production, validate control points, and deliver training to ensure food safety and regulatory adherence.

Lead IT strategy and a team to deliver and maintain technology across a manufacturing facility, including infrastructure, security, systems integration, vendor management, project delivery, budgeting, and support for production control and operations.
