Designs and delivers cloud and DevOps architectures, automates infrastructure and operational processes, implements CI/CD pipelines, and establishes engineering best practices. The role supports client adoption of cloud technologies, resolves complex technical issues, manages dependencies, and ensures end-to-end implementation quality. It also requires mentoring and leading team members, participating in client meetings, and working with cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, containers, serverless technologies, Kubernetes, Linux, and shell scripting.

Leads CloudifyOps's engineering strategy across cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML. Defines architecture, guides major client engagements, resolves complex technical issues, establishes engineering standards, and champions DevSecOps and MLOps. Builds engineering capability through hiring, mentoring, workforce planning, and upskilling. Partners with executive, sales, and business teams on roadmaps, proposals, pricing, technical demonstrations, and strategic deals while tracking delivery health, technical debt, and capability metrics.

Lead large-scale cloud migrations, design and manage secure scalable infrastructure, and implement automation, IaC, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and hybrid networking. Develop Python scripts, optimize cloud environments, conduct security assessments, ensure compliance, troubleshoot infrastructure, collaborate with development and delivery teams, mentor engineers, and document migration frameworks and processes.

Own cloud infrastructure and production reliability across AWS and Kubernetes environments. Responsibilities include on-call incident management, root-cause analysis, monitoring and observability improvements, Terraform provisioning, CI/CD health monitoring, application performance analysis, and cluster troubleshooting. The role also contributes to an early-stage AI-powered pipeline monitoring tool through prototyping and experimentation. Clear client communication, precise documentation, and strong ownership are essential.

Own cloud and DevOps architecture, automation, delivery quality, and client engagements. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerized and serverless applications, and Kubernetes environments. Advise teams and clients on best practices, simplify complex technical issues, manage dependencies, support architecture discussions, and lead team development through strong technical and communication skills.

Generate and qualify leads for cloud and DevOps solutions through cold calls, emails, and outreach. Identify decision-makers, understand prospect requirements and technology environments, uncover solution opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for the business development team. Maintain accurate prospect records, prepare meeting notes, coordinate with clients internationally, and collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to build pipeline and achieve targets.
