Leads technical pre-sales pursuits from discovery through signed statements of work and delivery handoff. Designs multi-cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI transformation solutions; owns RFIs, RFPs, estimates, cost models, PoCs, and executive workshops. Partners with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Alliances, and engineering teams to develop proposals, reusable assets, service offerings, and AI-enabled accelerators. Provides technical leadership, customer guidance, mentoring, and post-sale oversight.

Owns back-end operations for AWS and GCP partnerships, including partner portal management, opportunity registration, deal tracking, funding requests, MDF claims, program compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Monitors cloud partner program changes, maintains pipeline and funding trackers, supports business reviews, resolves portal and approval issues, and develops reusable processes for future Azure expansion.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and AI projects. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, risk and dependency management, technical coordination, customer communication, governance, documentation, reporting, effort utilization, change management, and project closure. The role partners with architects, technical leads, engineers, sales, customers, and executives to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

Own the complete sales lifecycle for cloud and DevOps consulting services, including lead generation, prospect research, qualification, customer acquisition, technical proposal coordination, contract administration, renewals, CRM management, and revenue growth. The role requires building a sales pipeline, conducting international and cold calls, coordinating with engineering teams, meeting sales targets, and developing customer and partner relationships across India.

Own the inbound marketing funnel by attracting traffic, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting customer conversion. Responsibilities include content creation, SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing automation, LinkedIn and social media marketing, analytics, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership. The role requires optimizing campaign performance and using data to improve lead generation and conversions.

Leads CloudifyOps's engineering strategy across cloud, DevOps, and AI/ML. Defines architecture, guides major client engagements, resolves complex technical issues, establishes engineering standards, and champions DevSecOps and MLOps. Builds engineering capability through hiring, mentoring, workforce planning, and upskilling. Partners with executive, sales, and business teams on roadmaps, proposals, pricing, technical demonstrations, and strategic deals while tracking delivery health, technical debt, and capability metrics.

Lead large-scale cloud migrations, design and manage secure scalable infrastructure, and implement automation, IaC, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and hybrid networking. Develop Python scripts, optimize cloud environments, conduct security assessments, ensure compliance, troubleshoot infrastructure, collaborate with development and delivery teams, mentor engineers, and document migration frameworks and processes.
