Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. Participate across the full software development lifecycle, ship features quickly, collaborate with small teams, integrate third-party APIs, ensure test coverage and CI/CD, and monitor applications in AWS.

Own and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensure data accuracy and governance, build and automate lead scoring/routing and campaign workflows, support technical execution of campaigns, develop performance dashboards and reports, partner with Sales to streamline lead flow, evaluate vendors, and create documentation and training.

Provide front-line support for a real-estate closing platform: troubleshoot time-sensitive closing inquiries via phone, email, and chat; use ticketing systems; escalate to product/dev; deliver customer feedback; update documentation and basic HTML templates to improve customer experience.
