Pick up and deliver pathology specimens, slides, mail, and supplies between client sites, off-site pathologists, and the laboratory on scheduled routes. Maintain courier vehicles, follow biohazard and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, OSHA), provide professional client service, support routing/scheduling, and assist in training/hiring at lead level.

Provide executive operational leadership for a physician-owned pathology group and affiliated laboratory. Partner with the Board to translate strategy into operational plans, oversee multi-department and multi-site operations, support laboratory and physician practice performance, coordinate finance, HR, IT, billing and vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance and quality, and drive operational improvements to support organizational goals and sustainability.

Support histology lab operations by loading/unloading and preparing slides, scanning cases, performing instrument maintenance, maintaining work areas, following safety/regulatory procedures, and assisting technicians with daily workflow.
