Provide executive operational leadership for a physician-owned pathology group and affiliated laboratory. Partner with the Board to translate strategy into operational plans, oversee multi-department and multi-site operations, support laboratory and physician practice performance, coordinate finance, HR, IT, billing and vendor relationships, lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance and quality, and drive operational improvements to support organizational goals and sustainability.

Support and maintain laboratory quality management systems, compile QA reports, coordinate pathologist QA and proficiency testing, assist with CAP/CLIA regulatory readiness, perform safety and waste inspections, update policies and procedures, and support quality improvement and incident investigation activities while performing administrative duties and working in a laboratory environment.
