The Sales Development Representative generates new business opportunities through outbound activities and collaborates with sales and marketing for account development in the EMEA region.

Lead design and implementation of EDI/B2B integrations for Cleo cloud customers, develop EDI maps and processes, configure AS2/SFTP communications, perform unit/SIT/UAT and performance testing, create documentation and go-live/warranty plans, and transition projects to support while managing multiple implementations.

Lead product strategy and execution: discover customer needs, define requirements and prototypes, prioritize roadmaps, work with engineering to deliver features, drive launches and go-to-market, and evangelize products while soliciting customer feedback to improve experience and growth.
