Provide internal IT support and SaaS application administration for a ~300+ user environment. Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning (macOS/Windows/iOS/Android), SSO/IAM, integrations/APIs, MDM/endpoint compliance, basic networking troubleshooting, and employee training while supporting Tampa office hybrid needs.

Manage end-to-end SaaS sales for small and medium government accounts. Build territory plans, run discovery and demos, navigate public procurement, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and represent ClearGov at events to drive adoption among municipalities and school districts.

Lead and scale a technical support team for a B2B SaaS product, manage daily support operations and SLAs, administer and optimize Zendesk workflows and reporting, act as primary escalation for complex technical issues, analyze support KPIs to drive improvements, and develop internal documentation and knowledge base. Partner with Product and Engineering and implement AI tooling and automation to improve support efficiency.

Lead and execute GTM training and enablement programs, own new-hire onboarding and certifications, develop role-specific and product training with SMEs, implement GTM processes and learning/revenue platforms, and drive adoption and metrics to shorten ramp and improve GTM performance.
