Manage systems evaluations, AI tool implementations, M&A integrations, and cross-functional rollouts. Deliver executive reporting and formal project artifacts (timelines, risk logs, RACI) to ensure alignment and operational execution.

Manage full sales cycle for local government and education customers: build pipeline, lead discovery, deliver tailored demos, guide procurement, close deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions and high client satisfaction.
