Lead end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance for customers and Clearbridge. Deliver security services, run assessments, triage threats, support HIPAA/SOC2/NIST compliance, own internal security posture, and act as customer-facing trusted advisor.

Customer-facing role owning AI enablement engagements: discovery, recommendations, implementation, and training. Translate AI and security concepts for non-technical audiences, build repeatable playbooks, and manage cybersecurity offerings (dark-web monitoring, threat services). Partner with internal teams to embed AI and security best practices and keep customers current on tooling and risks.

Provides onsite and remote IT support for customers, troubleshooting hardware, networks, servers, and workstations. Owns tickets from intake through resolution, investigates root causes, communicates technical issues clearly, recommends proactive solutions, and builds customer relationships. The role requires travel between customer locations, professional onsite conduct, on-call flexibility, and collaboration with service and deployment teams.

Senior individual-contributor responsible for full US sales cycle from prospecting to close. Sell managed services and project work, own pipeline and forecasting, lead executive-level consultative conversations, drive upsell/expansion, and collaborate with internal teams. Must be based in Kent, WA and able to travel within WA and BC/AB.
