Own new-business development across the Fraser Valley, Metro Vancouver, and Pacific Northwest. Build a self-generated pipeline, conduct consultative discovery with business leaders, develop scoped proposals for managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI services, coordinate with delivery teams, and complete customer handoffs. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with marketing, attend networking events and customer meetings, and meet weekly sales targets. This in-office role requires regular regional travel and focuses on building long-term customer partnerships.

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance for customers and Clearbridge. Deliver security services, run assessments, triage threats, support HIPAA/SOC2/NIST compliance, own internal security posture, and act as customer-facing trusted advisor.

Customer-facing role owning AI enablement engagements: discovery, recommendations, implementation, and training. Translate AI and security concepts for non-technical audiences, build repeatable playbooks, and manage cybersecurity offerings (dark-web monitoring, threat services). Partner with internal teams to embed AI and security best practices and keep customers current on tooling and risks.
