Leads North American product engineering for forklifts and material-handling equipment, overseeing new product development, current-product support, quality improvement, engineering resources, budgets, compliance, and customer issue resolution. Builds high-performing teams, drives innovation and cost-effective design, coordinates global engineering initiatives, supports manufacturing and dealer service, and ensures technical, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Designs and redesigns material-handling equipment and components, gathering product data, performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic analyses, creating NX drawings, and overseeing prototypes and testing. Coordinates with manufacturing, vendors, purchasing, customers, and other engineers to ensure quality, compliance, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Investigates design problems, implements improvements, presents recommendations, and travels domestically and internationally to support product evaluation and development.

Coordinates IT and business systems projects across operations and supply chain. Responsibilities include managing schedules, deliverables, meetings, documentation, status reporting, risk logs, budgets, and resources. The role supports ERP, supply chain, and digital transformation initiatives while coordinating communication among IT, business teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Leads multi-site HR strategy and operations across Texas and Kentucky. Advises executives, manages talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, training, DEI, and organizational development. Oversees policies, employment-law compliance, employee investigations, vendor relationships, and workforce engagement while developing HR teams and supporting a union-free culture. The role is onsite in Flower Mound, Texas with occasional domestic travel.

Leads multiple IT and business systems projects from initiation through post-launch support. Manages scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, vendors, governance, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates cross-functional teams across IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external partners. Oversees ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives while driving change management, training, user adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.
