Advises executives, manages talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, training, DEI, and organizational development. Oversees policies, employment-law compliance, employee investigations, vendor relationships, and workforce engagement while developing HR teams and supporting a union-free culture. The role is onsite in Flower Mound, Texas with occasional domestic travel.

Coordinates cross-functional teams across IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external partners. Oversees ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives while driving change management, training, user adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.
