Maintain tools, follow safety/PPE protocols, work with construction teams to meet deadlines, and occasionally work nights or travel for projects.

Ensure jobsite safety by enforcing company and regulatory safety programs, developing project‑specific safety plans and education, reviewing specialized safety plans, partnering with supervisors and subcontractors, and facilitating third‑party and OSHA safety reviews.

Manage and implement project quality control to ensure construction meets contract documents, codes, and owner requirements. Oversee submittals, testing, inspections, punch lists, deficiency logs, and closeout deliverables. Coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and third-party testing agents. Build and lead a quality control team, conduct QC meetings, support recruiting, and drive stakeholder communication and training.

Lead and enforce corporate, federal, state, and local safety programs on construction projects. Develop project-specific safety plans and education, mentor safety staff, partner with field supervision to mitigate hazards, facilitate third-party and OSHA reviews, and support recruiting and corporate safety initiatives to achieve a safe workplace.

Lead visual brand stewardship and art direction for proposals, presentations, and market materials. Manage a creative team, provide hands-on design and mentorship, streamline creative workflows, and produce data visualizations and interactive media. Partner with pursuit and operations teams, ensure design consistency and high-quality deliverables, and support occasional site visits and travel.

Manage end-to-end AWS tenant accounts with a focus on security, cost optimization, and observability. Implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK/Pulumi), operate AWS Bedrock and AI guardrails, configure monitoring and FinOps, manage networking and hybrid connections, perform vulnerability and incident response, support users, mentor juniors, and participate in on-call and scheduled maintenance windows.

Serve as financial liaison for construction projects ($1M–$100M): manage project accounting, forecasting, cost reporting, cash flow, change orders, subcontractor/payables, payroll, contract administration, and closeout activities; lead project meetings, monitor KPIs, support audits, and train project team members.

Lead preparation and analysis of incurred cost submissions and forward pricing proposals; analyze transactional allowability/allocability under FAR/CAS/TINA; develop estimating narratives; monitor indirect rates; collaborate with cross-functional teams; interface with clients and auditors; advise on contract negotiations and accounting impacts.

Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements, maintain the general ledger, lead month- and year-end close, perform account reconciliations, support audits, develop budgets and forecasts, conduct ad hoc analyses, manage joint venture/subsidiary reporting, and implement process improvements using SAP and ERP applications to ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Lead enterprise analytics lifecycle: gather executive requirements, design data architecture and Snowflake models, build automated Power BI reports using DAX/Power Query, deliver advanced project and supply-chain analytics, mentor junior developers, and establish BI governance and standards. Onsite in McLean, VA with occasional travel to construction sites.

Provide full-spectrum HR services including strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and organizational development. Advise managers, drive HR initiatives, improve policies/processes, and support employee engagement and coaching.

Support small business participation in construction by developing purchasing plans and capacity studies, verifying certifications and compliance, maintaining a subcontractor database, monitoring small business goals, and supporting outreach and the Strategic Partnership Program. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, estimating, purchasing, and project teams; attend events and travel regionally; and assist with process improvements and reporting.

Serve as Owner's Representative overseeing projects from concept through closeout. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors; manage budget, schedule, procurement, change orders, RFIs, quality, and safety; resolve design and construction disputes; prepare executive status reports.
