Manages federal and federally funded cost proposals, pricing models, indirect rate analyses, incurred cost submissions, forward pricing rate proposals, and government compliance under FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA. Reviews cost data, supports negotiations, advises proposal teams, collaborates cross-functionally, and interfaces with clients, auditors, DCAA, DCMA, and government agencies.

Supports construction bid and buyout activities by reviewing, assembling, and processing subcontracts; validating and archiving bonds; reviewing project budgets; entering information into internal systems; and coordinating with purchasing, project teams, senior management, risk management, legal, and business partners.

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Safety Group: coordinate Fitness for Duty testing, assemble monthly safety reports, assist Power BI dashboard development, join site visits for hazard identification, and support coaching of trade contractors. Maintain compliance documentation and help optimize safety data collection and reporting.
