Entry-level construction Engineer role for students graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. The position provides rotational exposure to project management, field management, project development, estimating, purchasing, and business operations. Responsibilities include financial tracking, document control, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and client and stakeholder support. The role requires frequent jobsite work, physical activity, adaptability, and flexibility for extended hours during critical project phases.

Owns, supports, troubleshoots, and modernizes business-critical web applications built on Mendix. Responsibilities include reverse-engineering legacy systems, improving application architecture and databases, developing RESTful integrations, documenting system behavior, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, and providing hands-on technical leadership.

The Summer Associate gains hands-on exposure to construction project management, field management, project development, estimating, purchasing, and business operations. Responsibilities include tracking billings and change orders, managing documents and RFIs, supporting quality and safety, assisting with schedules and site logistics, reviewing bids, preparing quantity takeoffs, and coordinating with subcontractors. The 8–10-week program includes training, mentorship, jobsite experience, and a leadership-focused capstone project.
