Lead visual brand stewardship and art direction for proposals, presentations, and market materials. Manage a creative team, provide hands-on design and mentorship, streamline creative workflows, and produce data visualizations and interactive media. Partner with pursuit and operations teams, ensure design consistency and high-quality deliverables, and support occasional site visits and travel.

Manages state and local tax filings, registrations, exemptions, tax calendars, and partnership income tax compliance. Prepares complex federal and multistate returns, researches tax legislation, supports tax planning and process automation, and coordinates with external tax advisors and internal departments. The role requires strong accounting and tax compliance expertise, advanced Excel and tax software proficiency, occasional travel to offices and construction sites, and potential extended-hours responsiveness.

Manage daily Seattle office operations, supporting senior leadership, coordinating schedules and travel, planning events, overseeing vendors, supplies, facilities, invoices, access, safety, meetings, communications, and workplace services. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for occasional extended hours, weekends, travel, and construction-site visits.
