The Sales Manager oversees and coaches sales agents, establishes performance goals, monitors sales and center metrics, ensures compliance with Medicare and company policies, and provides onboarding and recurring training. The role also develops relationships with health plans, brokers, providers, community organizations, and other partners. Local travel between care centers may be required.

Builds relationships with local communities, senior-focused businesses, healthcare partners, and influencers to generate membership leads. Plans and executes community events, health fairs, and educational programs; presents the organization’s healthcare value proposition; supports direct-to-senior sales; maintains lead tracking records; and conducts post-enrollment calls to improve patient retention. The role involves field outreach, community partnerships, event coordination, and local travel between care centers.

Owns the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including workforce intake, job marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, onboarding, and orientation. Partners with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, improve candidate experience, and meet hiring metrics. Advises on compensation, interviewing, market trends, and onboarding practices while managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment projects.
