Build and maintain community relationships to generate referrals, foster parent inquiries, donations, resources, partnerships, and community intelligence. Execute outreach strategies, follow up to convert opportunities into measurable outcomes, document stakeholder feedback, and report results using provided tools and CRM workflows. Represent the organization at events and collaborate with internal leaders to support assigned programs.

Provide case management for foster care and adoption: supervise and support foster/adoptive families, monitor compliance with licensing and policies, coordinate therapeutic services, complete required paperwork and court/agency communication, attend hearings and appointments, conduct home visits, assist adoption processes, and provide on-call crisis support.

Provide case management for foster and adoptive children and families: maintain records, supervise homes for licensing compliance, coordinate services and appointments, attend court and meetings, support adoption processes, provide crisis intervention, train and liaise with DFPS, schools, and other providers.

Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and compliance oversight for foster and adoptive parents. Conduct monthly in-person/phone/video meetings, complete and maintain paperwork, coordinate support services for placed children, and enforce program policies and protocols with attention to accuracy and documentation.

Provide direct behavioral health services to children, youth, and families using evidence-based practices; document care, follow protocols, and work under a Behavioral Health Supervisor while receiving training to qualify as a QMHP.

Provide direct mental and behavioral health services to children, youth, and families using evidence-based practices; complete accurate documentation; follow policies and protocols; participate in training and coaching to qualify as a QMHP; work with clients from foster care and Medicaid populations.

Provide curriculum-based rehabilitative mental health services to children, youth, and families; complete timely, accurate clinical documentation; report incidents and suspected abuse; attend team and training meetings; maintain licensure/certification and HIPAA confidentiality; transport clients and travel frequently across Texas; participate in supervision and clinical case reviews.

Provide direct behavioral health services to children, youth, and families using evidence-based practices; document client contacts and adhere to protocols; pursue QMHP certification with training and coaching; collaborate with Behavioral Health Supervisor to deliver curriculum-based interventions and improve client outcomes.
