Prepare and cook meals for large groups on a FIFO roster at a remote WA village. Assist kitchen team with bulk and batch cookery, maintain food quality and presentation, follow HACCP, work under pressure, complete onboarding checks (police, medical, inductions), and hold required trade qualification and WA driver’s license.

Deliver site HSEQ support on an 8:6 FIFO roster: conduct audits, risk assessments, incident/ICAM investigations, maintain safety systems, report HSEQ metrics, ensure WHS and food safety compliance, and mentor teams to embed safe work practices.

Lead and support multi-site accommodation operations across Western Australian villages: drive performance, compliance, client relationships, operational standards, commercial outcomes, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching to Village Managers, partner with support functions, support mobilisation and growth, and undertake regular FIFO site travel.
