Oversee and secure a remote Christina Lake site during the winter season. Conduct facility, utility, equipment, and grounds inspections; operate snowplow equipment; monitor weather and security cameras; coordinate contractors; complete reports; identify hazards; respond to emergencies; and maintain the property in a clean, safe, operational condition. Responsibilities include inductions, onboarding, training records, toolbox talks, risk assessments, inspections, incident and non-conformance reporting, emergency preparedness, food safety, and continuous improvement. The role includes structured mentoring and development toward a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and operates on an 8-days-on, 6-days-off roster.

Supports guest experience across housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen services, and other village departments. Works permanent full-time on a 14-days-on, 7-days-off DIDO roster, including day and night shifts. Provides friendly customer service in a fast-paced team environment and completes required training, medical, drug and alcohol testing, police checks, and onboarding documentation.
