Provides legal counsel to the City of Windsor, with emphasis on insurance, risk management, corporate and commercial law. Responsibilities include administering insurance, managing risk, negotiating with insurers and lawyers, drafting agreements and legal opinions, advising Council and administration, preparing reports, and representing the Corporation before courts and tribunals. The role also requires contract negotiation, legal research, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Supports enterprise business applications by troubleshooting issues, analyzing processes, configuring workflows and security, managing interfaces and data migrations, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, documenting solutions, supporting projects, and training end users. The role primarily supports ERP applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards, or Amanda and represents user groups in governance and upgrade activities.
