Support financial reporting, budgeting, controls, and analytics across the City. Prepare statistical and graphical reports, assist with policy and procedure development, respond to finance inquiries, and support service-area budgeting, government reporting, and Finance Department initiatives.

Conduct research and policy analysis on land use and community growth; prepare Official Plan amendments, reports, demographic and land-use projections; facilitate public consultation; maintain land use and population databases; provide recommendations to Council and expert evidence at tribunals; advise public agencies and stakeholders; perform Occupational Health & Safety duties.

Support site plan review and urban design by assisting Site Plan Control Officer, liaising with stakeholders, preparing reports, conducting research and design studies, producing design guidance, responding to public inquiries, and providing expert evidence at tribunals.
