Provide criminal defense to indigent clients in City Court, handling pretrial functions, client interviews, evidence review, legal research, drafting documents, plea negotiations, hearings and trials. Leads enterprise architecture initiatives for the City of Tucson, aligning technology solutions with business objectives while reducing technical debt and operational risk. Translates stakeholder needs into scalable architecture roadmaps, standards, governance, and technical guidance. Evaluates technology investments, manages architectural trade-offs, ensures security and regulatory compliance, and leads enterprise-wide solution design. Communicates complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, advises leadership, and mentors other IT architects.
