Supervises electricians maintaining, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting traffic signals, street lighting, electrical control devices, and ITS infrastructure. Reviews designs, oversees projects and contractors, manages budgets and resources, trains and evaluates staff, responds to emergency outages, addresses public complaints, evaluates equipment, and documents work in Cartegraph. Requires continuous on-call availability and field work in varied conditions.

Gathers, analyzes, maintains, and quality-controls GIS data for Tucson Water. Performs spatial and statistical analysis, manages relational databases and ETL workflows, supports branch-versioned network maps, improves data quality, publishes data, creates visualizations and reports, and develops maps, applications, procedures, and solutions for operational decision-making.

Provides HR business partner support for assigned City departments across employee relations, talent acquisition, classification and compensation, compliance, workforce processes, and employee development. Advises managers and employees on policies, labor agreements, investigations, performance management, and employment laws. Supervises HR staff, supports recruitment and classification reviews, analyzes workforce data, improves HR workflows, and delivers training. The role requires on-site work and occasional early mornings, nights, or weekends.
