Support procurement contracting lifecycle including solicitations (RFP/RFQ/IFB), bid evaluation, negotiations, contract drafting, administration, addenda, vendor performance resolution, protest investigations, and reporting. Work under Procurement Manager supervision and coordinate with city departments, evaluators, stakeholders, and the City Attorney's Office.

Lead historic preservation planning work including reviewing development/demolition applications for code and Secretary of the Interior standards, writing reports and ordinances, staffing boards and public meetings, managing preservation projects and cultural resource reviews, coordinating with agencies and consultants, conducting research and outreach, and providing guidance and customer service to the public and assigned staff.

Manage long-range planning section overseeing code development, community and corridor planning, entitlements, budget oversight, staff supervision, public outreach, interdepartmental coordination, and regulatory compliance to guide Tucson's sustainable growth.
