Lead and supervise hydrology teams to manage well drilling, recharge and recovery, monitoring, technical reporting, regulatory compliance, and consultant/contractor oversight. Plan and manage projects, budgets, permitting, field investigations, and stakeholder coordination to support water resource programs and utility operations.

Provide on-site network analysis, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring for wired and wireless systems. Perform wireless site surveys, collect and report performance data, manage network device firmware and licensing, coordinate IT asset intake and tagging, and support network projects and escalations under manager supervision.

Provide administrative support for the Police Department by digitizing, organizing, and migrating historical investigative records into the AXON platform; answer phones and enter information; analyze crime programs and trends; support community outreach and meetings; partner with departments and agencies to address quality-of-life issues; prepare statistics and public information; perform other assigned duties.
