Performs tree trimming, pruning, and felling; removes diseased, broken, or hazardous limbs or entire trees; operates chippers and heavy trucks (bucket trucks, claw loaders); works outdoors under a crew leader with exposure to heights and weather.

Develops and implements marketing and communication plans, public awareness initiatives, website content management, copywriting, and content creation across digital and traditional platforms. Coordinates email and lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and collaborates using project management tools. Works under manager direction and may require nights and weekends.

Researches and verifies locations of wastewater facilities and reclaimed lines; answers public inquiries; dispatches stopped-sewer complaints; processes as-built drawings and payroll; maintains maps, files, and asset data using MapWorks and Maintenance Connection; composes reports and correspondence; performs general clerical and customer-service duties with frequent public contact.
