Provides administrative and accounting support for the Union Colony Civic Center. Responsibilities include budget monitoring, financial reporting, invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, revenue reconciliation, event settlements, rental tracking, journal entries, data management, customer service, and board support. The role uses multiple financial, ticketing, event management, and office software systems and may require occasional evening, weekend, holiday, or post-event availability.

Performs non-sworn investigative and program administration work for the sex offender registration program. Reviews court records, criminal histories, and law enforcement databases to determine registration requirements, maintains state and national records, tracks non-compliance, prepares investigative reports and warrant documentation, conducts registrations and fingerprinting, supports community notification, coordinates with justice partners, and provides court testimony.

Reviews and processes land use, zoning, permitting, and development requests; responds to citizen and applicant inquiries; interprets municipal regulations and codes; conducts site inspections; manages application files; negotiates solutions; prepares staff analyses and written conclusions; and supports planning projects and compliance activities.

Develops and manages a citywide risk management and safety program including loss prevention, claims administration, insurance procurement, regulatory compliance, training, and incident investigations. Collaborates with departments, vendors, and legal counsel to control costs, administer self-insurance funds, and implement safety and return-to-work programs.

Lead strategic communications and public engagement for large municipal projects. Develop and execute outreach plans, manage cross-functional project communications, write and edit AP-style content, coordinate media relations, support digital and event outreach, and manage production logistics to keep residents, stakeholders, and media informed.

Oversee daily operations of recreational programs and facilities, lead part-time staff and volunteers, ensure participant safety and inclusive programming, track attendance and incidents, assist with planning and promotion, maintain equipment and records, and provide customer-facing communication and support.

Oversee daily climbing wall operations: supervise climbers and staff, enforce safety protocols, inspect gear, run programs and trainings, maintain records, assist with scheduling and wall setting, and handle incidents per policy.

Provide full lifecycle contracting and procurement support for citywide goods, services, and construction. Develop solicitations (bids, RFPs, SOQs), manage contracts and change orders, oversee bid openings and pre-bid conferences, train department staff, ensure compliance with laws and ordinances, administer purchase orders and invoices, and work with legal on procurement policy updates.
