Lead strategic communications and public engagement for large municipal projects. Develop and execute outreach plans, manage cross-functional project communications, write and edit AP-style content, coordinate media relations, support digital and event outreach, and manage production logistics to keep residents, stakeholders, and media informed.

Oversee daily operations of recreational programs and facilities, lead part-time staff and volunteers, ensure participant safety and inclusive programming, track attendance and incidents, assist with planning and promotion, maintain equipment and records, and provide customer-facing communication and support.

Oversee daily climbing wall operations: supervise climbers and staff, enforce safety protocols, inspect gear, run programs and trainings, maintain records, assist with scheduling and wall setting, and handle incidents per policy.

Lead the Citys enterprise BI, reporting, and analytics services. Oversee BI platforms, data warehouse/data mart design, reporting standards, access controls, governance, and a BI team. Partner with departments to deliver dashboards, KPIs, ad hoc analysis, and governed reusable analytics solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security.

Maintain, inspect, repair, and construct municipal stormwater infrastructure. Operate light- and heavy-equipment, perform drainage cleaning, erosion control, traffic control, emergency flood and winter response, document work in asset management systems, and participate in on-call rotations and extended hours as needed.

Manage assigned projects through all lifecycle phases—planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, and closeout. Track schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables; prepare status reports; coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and consultants; support PMO prioritization and process improvement. PM II leads more complex projects and may mentor junior staff.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of the Citys capital improvement and strategic initiatives. Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, risk, procurement, and executive reporting. Support cross-departmental coordination, public outreach, grant administration, and development of project management tools. May mentor staff and provide enterprise-level oversight for high-profile programs depending on level.

Provide full lifecycle contracting and procurement support for citywide goods, services, and construction. Develop solicitations (bids, RFPs, SOQs), manage contracts and change orders, oversee bid openings and pre-bid conferences, train department staff, ensure compliance with laws and ordinances, administer purchase orders and invoices, and work with legal on procurement policy updates.
