Provide advanced administrative and coordination support to the IT department, managing budgets, procurement, records, vendor communications, scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring audit readiness.

Manage aquatics programming and facilities, hire/train/schedule 90+ part-time staff, oversee memberships/pro shop, coordinate events, ensure safety and basic pool maintenance, track budgets and community partnerships, and use recreation software for operations.

Oversee daily operations of recreational programs and facilities, lead part-time staff and volunteers, ensure participant safety and inclusive programming, track attendance and incidents, assist with planning and promotion, maintain equipment and records, and provide customer-facing communication and support.
