Coordinates aquatics operations for city pools and splash pads, including staffing, scheduling, safety, programming, facility use, customer service, budgets, vendors, and compliance. Supervises and develops seasonal and part-time staff, maintains certifications and operational records, responds to emergencies, monitors pool conditions, coordinates repairs, and evaluates participation, revenue, and customer feedback to improve services. The role also supports swim lessons, lifeguard training, events, rentals, community partnerships, and public inquiries.

Leads Greeley’s destination marketing strategy, tourism budget, annual planning, partnerships, campaigns, and performance measurement. Supervises the video and graphic design team, oversees brand standards and creative production, manages agencies, vendors, media buys, contracts, and tourism channels, and represents Greeley at industry events. The role requires seven years of relevant experience, including three years leading staff or creative teams, budget management, integrated marketing expertise, data analysis, and occasional travel.

Performs governmental accounting for assigned funds, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, reporting, audit support, and preparation of Annual Comprehensive Financial Report schedules. The role ensures compliance with GASB, GAAP, and federal regulations, maintains financial records, resolves accounting issues, supports internal controls and process improvements, and may supervise a small accounting team at the Accountant III level.
