Assesses current and future-state processes, maps workflows, performs root-cause analysis, develops SOPs and governance models, and recommends operational improvements. Leads daily IT operations, infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, end-user support, vendor management, and technology projects. Oversees systems, networks, cloud platforms, user access lifecycle, backups, disaster recovery, patching, vulnerability remediation, asset management, and service-level performance. Supports audits and regulatory examinations while presenting operational metrics to leadership. Manages teams, budgets, vendors, and technology initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, compliant, and effective services across multiple locations.

The Special Assets Manager independently manages complex troubled commercial loans, focusing on loss mitigation, compliance, and credit risk management, while collaborating with legal and executive teams.
