Maintain integrity and compliance of post-closing loan documentation and servicing. Perform post-booking and daily file reviews, identify and resolve documentation discrepancies, support audit readiness, run quality analytics and reporting, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with loan and servicing teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Leads daily IT operations, infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, end-user support, vendor management, and technology projects. Oversees systems, networks, cloud platforms, user access lifecycle, backups, disaster recovery, patching, vulnerability remediation, asset management, and service-level performance. Supports audits and regulatory examinations while presenting operational metrics to leadership. Manages teams, budgets, vendors, and technology initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, compliant, and effective services across multiple locations.

Monitor, analyze, and maintain the bank's technical security controls across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS. Respond to security alerts, run SIEM and network anomaly detection, manage identity and access, lead regulatory/compliance tasks, vendor security reviews, risk assessments, audits, and security awareness programs, and coordinate remediation and security projects.

The Special Assets Manager independently manages complex troubled commercial loans, focusing on loss mitigation, compliance, and credit risk management, while collaborating with legal and executive teams.
