Leads daily IT operations, infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, end-user support, vendor management, and technology projects. Oversees systems, networks, cloud platforms, user access lifecycle, backups, disaster recovery, patching, vulnerability remediation, asset management, and service-level performance. Supports audits and regulatory examinations while presenting operational metrics to leadership. Manages teams, budgets, vendors, and technology initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, compliant, and effective services across multiple locations.

Monitor, analyze, and maintain the bank's technical security controls across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS. Respond to security alerts, run SIEM and network anomaly detection, manage identity and access, lead regulatory/compliance tasks, vendor security reviews, risk assessments, audits, and security awareness programs, and coordinate remediation and security projects.

The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing business relationships related to commercial loans, ensuring adherence to credit policies, and expanding the customer base through targeted outreach and relationship management.
