Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, manage conference outreach, follow up after demos and pilots, maintain HubSpot CRM, support territory planning, account mapping, and early-stage RFP/RFI discovery.

Own and close municipal (B2G) sales opportunities end-to-end: discovery, demos, procurement/RFP navigation, stakeholder engagement, conferences, territory planning, pipeline management, and HubSpot-based forecasting.

Fine-tune, deploy, and maintain vision-language and large language models for production. Build end-to-end multi-modal training, evaluation, and inference pipelines in Python, implement prompt engineering and RAG, quantize transformers for efficiency, and create feedback loops to continuously improve model performance in real-world environments.
