Responsibilities include seizure management, PEG feeding, medication administration, suction, manual handling, personal care, and play/stimulation while building strong relationships with the client and family.

Provide community-based complex nursing care to adults and children, following care plans and working with families and the MDT. Deliver holistic, patient-centred care including tracheostomy, ventilation, respiratory physio, catheter and PEG feeding support, bowel management, and suctioning. Flexible shifts across Brighton, Worthing and surrounding areas.

Provide in-home complex nursing for a client with Motor Neurone Disease, following care plans. Deliver tracheostomy, PEG feeding/medication, ventilator management, suction/cough assist, catheter care, bowel management, moving and handling, and support daily routines with compassionate, patient-focused communication.
