Provide high-standard, person-centred nursing for a client with complex needs (motor neurone disease). Deliver clinical care per care plans, support MDT and family, manage tracheostomy/PEG/ventilation, suctioning, catheter care, and medication administration on 12-hour shifts.

Provide community-based paediatric complex nursing for a baby with acquired brain injury. Follow the care plan, administer medication, perform oral and naso-pharyngeal suctioning, collaborate with family and MDT, attend waking night shifts (9pm–8am), and participate in supervision and training.

Manage a portfolio of community care packages, oversee caseloads, forecast and deliver budgets and financial KPIs, conduct regular reviews with clients and care staff, ensure person-centred, high-quality care, and participate in on-call rota and regional travel.

Provide nurse-led, person-centred home care for a 6-year-old with complex clinical needs, including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management. Build trusting relationships with the child and family, ensure safety, comfort, and development, and work alongside siblings in a supportive home environment.

Provide specialist community nursing for adults with highly complex needs, performing assessments, developing care plans, delivering training and supervision to care teams, visiting clients at home, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary partners, and supporting clinical governance to keep people safely at home.

Manage the Electronic Call Monitoring system: monitor/resolve missed calls, liaise with carers about attendance, run reports for management, support staff, and ensure adherence to privacy policies. Produce accurate data for payroll and invoicing and improve branch operational accuracy.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for care assistant and support roles across Wales. Build relationships with branch managers, run targeted campaigns, attend careers fairs, track recruiting metrics and support onboarding and retention initiatives. Work autonomously across a large geographic region, using data to meet KPIs.
