Manage end-to-end recruitment for care assistant and support roles across Wales. Build relationships with branch managers, run targeted campaigns, attend careers fairs, track recruiting metrics and support onboarding and retention initiatives. Work autonomously across a large geographic region, using data to meet KPIs.

Support branches through system implementations, process changes and acquisitions by delivering training, coaching, onboarding, and ongoing support for rostering systems. Monitor project milestones, produce documentation, identify operational improvements, and build strong relationships with branch teams to drive adoption and scheduling efficiency.

Field-based Registered Nurse delivering complex care in clients' homes, schools and community settings. Assess and review care packages, train and supervise care workers, liaise with ICBs, social services and hospitals, and participate in a paid on-call phone rota. Manage own diary and travel within a 2-hour radius to support adults and children with complex neurological, spinal, acquired brain injuries and learning disabilities.
