Executes, optimizes, and reports on paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, programmatic DSPs, and other platforms. Manages targeting, bidding, pacing, budgets, tracking, testing, creative collaboration, and performance reporting across multiple local markets. Partners with analysts, creative teams, and city teams to drive audience growth, improve campaign efficiency, and communicate results and recommendations.

Own City Cast DC’s live events program, developing strategy, budgets, partnerships, sponsorships, promotions, and event execution. Plan events from concept through wrap-up, manage venues, vendors, contractors, staffing, ticketing, and logistics, and collaborate with editorial, marketing, membership, and audience teams. Track attendance, revenue, sponsorship, audience growth, and subscription impact while providing insights into DC communities and culture.

Writes and assembles daily and weekly newsletters, researches and reports original stories, fact-checks content, meets daily deadlines, and reviews analytics to grow newsletter audiences. The role requires strong editorial judgment, clear writing, deep knowledge of Washington, D.C., attention to detail, flexibility, and occasional Sunday afternoon work.
