Lead and maintain City Cast's visual brand across national and local channels. Create and approve sales, marketing, and campaign assets; build templates and design systems; manage design intake, contractors, and a production designer; and ensure brand consistency while enabling local flexibility and revenue storytelling.

Lead local marketing to grow City Cast Twin Cities audience through partnerships, PR, social, events, merch, and member programs. Develop and execute localized strategy, manage social community daily, coordinate campaigns and influencer/giveaway efforts, run local PR and membership campaigns, produce local content, track performance, and plan member events.
