Lead and execute risk-based financial and operational audits across bank departments and branches, evaluate internal controls including ICFR, investigate fraud, prepare audit reports, track remediation, supervise an assistant auditor, and coordinate with external auditors and regulators.

Provide branch support as a floating financial services representative: deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, balance cash drawers, manage vault currency, troubleshoot ATMs, identify client needs for product referrals, and travel between branches as assigned while pursuing ongoing training and development.
