Validate and monitor client information for new account openings and maintenance, ensure compliance with USA PATRIOT Act and other laws, handle identification and TIN issues, create exception reports for follow-up, provide administrative support to Deposit Operations, and cross-market financial products.

Provide branch support as a floating financial services representative: deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, balance cash drawers, manage vault currency, troubleshoot ATMs, identify client needs for product referrals, and travel between branches as assigned while pursuing ongoing training and development.
