Travels between properties to provide operational coverage and ensures units and shared areas meet quality and cleanliness standards.

Manages a 72-unit LIHTC apartment community, overseeing leasing, resident communication, certifications, recertifications, rent collection, compliance, maintenance coordination, inspections, unit readiness, emergencies, advertising, credit checks, expenses, and budgeting. The role requires maintaining LIHTC program standards, supporting occupancy goals, resolving property issues, and coordinating with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Oversee affordable housing communities and regional managers across Colorado, ensuring LIHTC compliance, operational excellence, financial performance, staffing, property maintenance, leasing, reporting, and owner relations. Manage budgets, NOI goals, audits, inspections, resident issues, contracts, vendors, and corrective action plans. Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management while presenting portfolio results and strategic recommendations to ownership groups and executive leadership.

Assists with daily management of a 164-unit LIHTC property, including leasing, income recertification, tenant relations, rent collection, credit checks, notices, inspections, invoice approvals, advertising, and compliance with affordable housing regulations. Maintains property and rental records, communicates with residents and vendors, prepares newsletters and calendars, and supports occupancy and maintenance operations.

Oversee affordable housing property portfolios across Washington, lead Regional Managers and on-site teams, and maintain operational, regulatory, financial, and physical asset performance. Manage hiring, coaching, inspections, resident issues, LIHTC compliance, marketing, leasing, maintenance, budgets, reporting, rent collection, vendor contracts, and owner communications. Analyze property performance and implement strategies to improve occupancy, collections, expenses, NOI, and asset value. Weekly travel throughout assigned properties is required.
