Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, coordinate claim tendering and documentation, track claims data, recommend and implement loss prevention measures, and partner with operational teams and insurers to reduce frequency and severity of claims. Develop scalable processes, improve incident reporting, and drive corrective action to protect assets and minimize financial exposure.
