Supports property occupancy and maintenance for a 135-unit LIHTC community: assists leasing, applicant screening, income recertification, rent collection, tenant/vendor relations, property inspections, notices, advertising, and ensures LIHTC and fair housing compliance.

Oversee two multifamily properties (145 units), manage occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance, budgets, rent collection, legal/eviction processes, safety programs, inspections, and reporting. Live-on-site and provide occasional 24-hour/weekend coverage.
