Builds relationships with tenants, vendors, and staff while delivering responsive customer service and meeting leasing performance targets.

Manages a 72-unit LIHTC apartment community, overseeing leasing, resident communication, certifications, recertifications, rent collection, compliance, maintenance coordination, inspections, unit readiness, emergencies, advertising, credit checks, expenses, and budgeting. The role requires maintaining LIHTC program standards, supporting occupancy goals, resolving property issues, and coordinating with tenants, vendors, and team members.
