Execute daily supplier follow-up to ensure timely delivery of materials: monitor open POs, update ERP/MRP EDDs, identify/escalate at-risk deliveries, maintain supplier delivery records, support Buyers/Planners/Production, track supplier performance, and assist with compliance documentation.

Lead HR for Warren Pumps and Portland Valves, managing union and non-union labor relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, HR data and reporting, benefits, training, organizational development, safety/workers' comp support, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support business objectives.

Manage general ledger and chart of accounts, post journal entries, perform reconciliations, ensure SOX and statutory compliance, coordinate audits, handle intercompany accounting and vendor reconciliations, and support ERP-driven processes for India operations.

Manage and maintain the Quality Management System: document control, change control, training assignment and tracking, audits, and QMS databases. Develop compliant procedures, support internal/external audits, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and leadership to ensure workforce competency and regulatory/customer compliance.

Prepare and maintain end-to-end balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations for APAC and EMEA under US-GAAP. Ensure SOX compliance, investigate variances, support month/quarter/year-end close, manage reconciliation tools (FloQast/ERP), coordinate with Internal Audit and Controllership, maintain documentation, and drive process standardization and automation while supporting Shared Service Center transitions.

Lead and manage all HR and industrial relations activities for the Daman plant. Drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, payroll/contracts oversight, health & safety, welfare facilities, and resolve industrial disputes while supporting change management.

Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Provide consultative guidance on market trends and facilitate new hire integration.

The CNC Programmer develops CNC programs, collaborates on processes with engineers, optimizes programs, creates CAD prints, and procures tooling.

Manage U.S. Navy pump projects from RFQ to delivery, preparing quotations, customer communications, and providing technical support.

Lead and support aerospace quality activities including NPI, process capability improvements, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, CAPA/RCCA, supplier quality, audits, AS9102 First Article Inspections, FAA/repair-station compliance, and technical data review. Provide technical leadership to inspection teams and drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce scrap, rework, and variability.

Lead development of manufacturing methods, CNC/CAM programming (3- and 5-axis), tooling/fixture design, standard work, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) for complex machined parts. Provide manufacturability feedback, manage projects/capital equipment, perform root-cause analysis using DOE/SPC, mentor engineers, and support cross-functional teams including quality and production.

Serve as strategic IT liaison to the business: recommend IT solutions, prioritize system development, manage projects, maintain SOX documentation, drive IT metrics, oversee departmental reporting, budgeting, and IT operations across multiple facilities while enforcing corporate IT standards.

Lead and execute large material development and emerging technology projects as the Materials SME. Coordinate cross-functional global teams, investigate and implement new material technologies, manage external technical partnerships, mitigate cost and technical risks, and drive strategy and capability development for pump and valve products. Report to senior management and support manufacturing and quality activities. Travel up to 10%.

Design and develop pressure control and fluid system products. Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings, perform engineering calculations and analyses, produce technical documentation, support prototyping and testing, collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Projects, and resolve product issues to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) program activities for submarine and Navy pump products by tracking schedules, deliverables, documentation, risks, and KPIs; coordinate cross-functional communication; assist with compliance (ITAR/DFARS), contract administration, financial tracking, reporting, and meeting logistics to ensure on-time program execution.
