The Manufacturing Engineer will create manufacturing operations methods, support Lean Manufacturing projects, and collaborate with multiple functional groups to ensure efficient production.

Lead manufacturing engineering for tight-tolerance, complex machined parts: develop processes, CNC/CAM programs, tooling/fixtures, standard work, and manufacturability input; drive continuous improvement (Lean, kaizen, TPM), manage projects/capital equipment, perform DOE/SPC root-cause analysis, mentor staff, and support cross-functional teams including quality and production.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and resource conflicts, communicate status to senior leadership, and drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation, validation, standardization, and sustainment. Track financial and operational benefits in a regulated, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Executes supplier follow-up and delivery management for purchased materials, monitors purchase orders, updates ERP/MRP delivery dates, identifies risks, and escalates delays. The role communicates with suppliers and internal teams, supports shortage tracking, maintains delivery records and reports, assists with supplier performance monitoring, and follows expediting and compliance processes, including documentation and traceability requirements.

Manage general ledger and chart of accounts, post journal entries, perform reconciliations, ensure SOX and statutory compliance, coordinate audits, handle intercompany accounting and vendor reconciliations, and support ERP-driven processes for India operations.

Develops and optimizes 4- and 5-axis CNC programs, tooling, fixtures, machining routings, and setup documentation. Troubleshoots production machining issues, improves cycle time, tool life, throughput, and cost efficiency, and collaborates with engineering, operators, vendors, and production teams. Leads complex machining strategies and optimization projects, supports manufacturability improvements, and mentors junior programmers in CAM programming and machining practices.

Owns end-user information gathering and data quality improvement across installed-base and entitlement data. Analyzes source quality, executes data quality plans, monitors processes, takes corrective actions, and supports development of sales support tools. Collaborates with internal teams, channel partners, and OEMs. Requires strong Excel, database, SAP, ERP, and CRM knowledge, analytical ability, organization, communication skills, and two years of relevant experience.

Prepare detailed GA and cross‑section drawings, pump package layouts, and P&ID diagrams. Incorporate customer and internal comments, maintain revision control, produce ERP/SAP work orders, coordinate with mechanical/electrical/instrumentation teams, and support production and service with drawing clarifications.

Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Provide consultative guidance on market trends and facilitate new hire integration.

The CNC Programmer develops CNC programs, collaborates on processes with engineers, optimizes programs, creates CAD prints, and procures tooling.

Manage U.S. Navy pump projects from RFQ to delivery, preparing quotations, customer communications, and providing technical support.

Lead and manage all HR and industrial relations activities for the Daman plant. Drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, development, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, payroll/contracts oversight, health & safety, welfare facilities, and resolve industrial disputes while supporting change management.
