Assists with convenience store operations, including customer service, cash transactions, fuel-pump oversight, stocking, product rotation, food preparation, cleanliness, and inventory availability. The role supports sales goals and maintains store, equipment, and food-service standards. Candidates need customer-service, cash-handling, organizational, teamwork, and physical capabilities, including standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds. French proficiency is required for employment in Quebec.

Supports HR operations across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, records management, workers’ compensation, employment law compliance, investigations, and confidential documentation. Partners with HR leadership on projects, legislation research, employee concerns, governmental compliance, and administrative needs. The role is office-based five days per week and may require some travel.

Trains to manage restaurant operations, including guest service, staffing, team coaching, food safety, production, inventory, cash controls, scheduling, paperwork, compliance, and financial performance. The role recruits and trains employees, implements brand campaigns, maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety, handles discipline, and communicates with district management. Flexible availability and physical work in hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced environments are required.
