Leads cross-functional B2B sales programs and projects, improving sales processes, systems, tooling, forecasting, pipeline performance, automation, and team productivity. Owns program planning, testing, implementation, stakeholder alignment, metrics, and analytics while delivering business solutions and reducing operational friction.

Evaluates and reports on fleet card program sales and profitability, develops strategic business relationships, and collaborates with vendors and card issuers to execute B2B programs. Researches ways to increase card usage, resolves program and partnership issues, supports reporting and process improvement, and completes marketing projects. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with customers, sales, credit, partners, and leadership.

Processes ACH, EFT, and check payments across multiple accounts while maintaining internal controls and financial security. Monitors cash positions, bank balances, wires, and cash forecasts; supports bank account maintenance, cash concentration, variance analysis, journal entry preparation, and banking inquiries. The role also assists with treasury systems, bank services pricing, vendor file audits, and special projects.
