Assists with convenience-store operations, including customer service, cash transactions, fuel-pump monitoring, product stocking and merchandising, food preparation, inventory availability, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene and safety procedures. The role primarily requires evening and weekend availability, French proficiency, standing for extended periods, merchandise handling up to 25 pounds, cash-management ability, organization, and teamwork.

Train for and perform store management responsibilities, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, customer service, inventory and merchandise management, supplier relationships, site cleanliness, safety, reporting, cash control, sales analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profit improvement. The role supervises employees, resolves customer complaints, maintains company standards, and supports daily convenience-store operations.
