Oversee afternoon operations at an ABA clinic, support RBTs and clinical staff, coordinate coverage, maintain schedules and attendance records, communicate with families, organize supplies and materials, and ensure a clean, welcoming, well-functioning environment. The manager also assists during behavioral or emergency situations, supports clinic activities, and escalates issues to clinical or corporate teams through resolution.

Supports and guides RBTs using CentralReach, reviews session notes and data collection for accuracy and compliance, identifies clinical and documentation issues, provides constructive feedback, conducts training and retraining, tracks recurring concerns, and collaborates with clinical and QA teams to improve ABA service quality.
