Owns the enterprise marketing calendar, prioritizes high-impact moments, develops measurable cross-functional programs, and aligns Creative, Digital, Media, PR, Operations, HR, Analytics, and external partners. Provides executive leadership, builds scalable activation playbooks, improves operational readiness, and develops a high-performing marketing team.

Assists the General Manager with daily theatre operations, serving as Manager on Duty when needed. Oversees team member training, customer service, cash handling, inventory, reporting, building inspections, safety, sanitation, and policy enforcement. Requires flexible availability, strong communication, leadership, organizational, conflict-resolution, and basic math skills, plus the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Support and maintain Workday Financials: configure security and validations, build reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, monitor integrations, document configurations and runbooks, support testing, training, governance, and audit activities to ensure data accuracy and operational reliability.

Design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines within Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Architect ingestion, transformation, and serving layers, implement Data Vault 2.0 and medallion architectures, enable low-latency distributed processing, ensure data quality for high-volume transactional sources, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Lead data architecture strategy and implementation for warehousing, ingestion, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, and data governance. Design data models, pipelines, integrations, and quality frameworks using Microsoft Azure technologies. Collaborate with analytics and business teams to ensure scalable, high-quality BI solutions and resolve data issues.

Lead corporate FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, CAPEX and cash flow modeling. Provide strategic analysis to CFO/CEO, support M&A and Treasury, build FP&A systems and BI tools, drive process improvements, partner with operational FP&A, prepare executive and board presentations, and lead and develop a global finance team.

Manage staffing, training, budgets, preventive maintenance, equipment installation/repairs, site audits, and cross-functional alignment with theatre operations and vendors. Frequent travel and after-hours availability required.
