Leads Cinemark’s operational design and innovation strategy across theatre operations. Oversees strategic initiatives, project management, continuous improvement, food and beverage operations, industrial engineering, budgets, and field support. Builds high-performing teams, develops operational protocols, drives transformation, partners cross-functionally on equipment and facility solutions, and supports frontline execution. The role requires senior operations leadership, strategic planning, change management, talent development, and up to 30% travel.

Assists the General Manager with theatre operations, serving as Manager on Duty when needed. Trains and coaches team members, supports guest service, cash control, inventory, reporting, building inspections, maintenance coordination, safety, sanitation, and policy enforcement. Requires flexible availability, leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, customer-service, and basic cash-handling skills, along with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Supports corporate end users across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android by resolving incidents and requests, executing standard changes, supporting root-cause analysis, maintaining runbooks, and participating in on-call coverage. Manages endpoint devices, applications, Microsoft 365, remote access, meeting-room AV, and endpoint security. The role also uses PowerShell and Terraform to automate routine IT operations and contributes to an emerging AI-enabled operations program.
