It also contributes to an emerging AI operations automation program and requires limited travel.

Leads workforce management strategy, labor planning, scheduling optimization, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, dashboard governance, and WFM system administration for domestic theatre operations. Partners cross-functionally to improve labor productivity, compliance, data quality, automation, and operational performance. Oversees analytics, reporting tools, field enablement, and process improvements while managing and developing the Workforce Management team.

Leads complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through launch. Responsibilities include project planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, risk management, brief stewardship, creative workflow coordination, approvals, production and vendor oversight, Workfront administration, launch readiness, post-mortems, and process improvement. The role also mentors project managers and ensures marketing deliverables remain aligned with strategy, capacity, dependencies, and deadlines.
