Represent Altafiber at community and sponsored events to engage and educate customers. Execute merchandising, handouts, grassroots outreach, experiential marketing, lead collection, signage, promotional fulfillment, photo documentation, and retail/field support. Handle pickup/transport of supplies, assist mascot appearances, and complete basic expense reporting. Local travel and valid driver credentials required.

Make outbound calls to acquire and upgrade residential customers for phone, long-distance, internet, and video services. Meet sales goals and productivity metrics, place and manage orders in internal systems, track leads in Salesforce, upsell bundles and promotions, provide excellent customer service, and complete administrative tasks as directed.

Manage client retention and upgrades in the commercial segment through proactive outreach, upselling, migrations from legacy products, and collaboration on strategic initiatives like network transformation and decommissioning.

Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities in Oracle Fusion Financials. Prepare/post journal entries and reconciliations, generate/analyze reports using Smart View and FDI, support Oracle Fusion enhancements, testing, and process automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve accounting workflows.

Serve customers in-store and via outbound calls to assess needs and sell altafiber products and connected home solutions. Use POS and ordering systems, meet sales goals, manage inventory and cash, document follow-up, and support team operations while maintaining thorough product, promotion, and systems knowledge.
