Coordinate customer technology and telephony implementations from contract through project delivery and first billing. Build schedules, manage project teams and vendors, track risks, budgets, and capital expenditures, lead status meetings, maintain documentation, and manage customer expectations. The role also contributes to PMO productivity initiatives and may supervise employees. Projects involve IT services, networking, IP telephony, disaster recovery, and related business technologies.

Conduct outbound sales calls to acquire new customers, upgrade existing accounts, and upsell residential phone, internet, video, and long-distance services. Assess customer needs, recommend product bundles, process orders through internal systems, manage leads in Salesforce, meet productivity and sales goals, and maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication.

Generate and close B2B sales through outbound calling, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting. Build sales plans to expand fiber adoption, increase customer spending, and grow revenue. Manage the sales funnel, report pipeline progress, communicate consultative value propositions, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design customer solutions.
