Manages digital experience projects across websites, shopping carts, mobile and desktop platforms, and self-service applications. Establishes requirements, creates and executes UAT plans, supports digital roadmap development, resolves production user experience issues with IT, and collaborates cross-functionally on wireframes, user flows, and experience enhancements. The role requires strong organization, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Designs, implements, and operates cyber and physical security processes, assesses risk using industry standards, develops policies and SOAR workflows, supports compliance, and performs day-to-day security operations to reduce MTTR and protect altafiber assets.

Provide application support and administration for business systems, manage enhancements and projects, gather requirements, perform testing, ensure data integrity and performance, support users, create documentation, and manage vendors and small teams to meet operational needs.

Support Network Operations by deploying, administering, and improving server, virtualization, storage, and OS platforms. Provide advanced incident escalation, lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, backups), automation with tools like Ansible, and produce runbooks/documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver infrastructure projects, improve observability and reliability, and mentor technical team members for 24x7 operational readiness.
