Support Network Operations by deploying, administering, and improving server, virtualization, storage, and OS platforms. Provide advanced incident escalation, lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, backups), automation with tools like Ansible, and produce runbooks/documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver infrastructure projects, improve observability and reliability, and mentor technical team members for 24x7 operational readiness.

Represent the brand in-store and via outbound calls; assess customer needs, sell connected home solutions, manage POS transactions, meet sales targets, and support store operations.

Make outbound sales calls to acquire and upgrade residential customers for phone, long-distance, internet, and video. Use lead lists and multiple ordering systems to place orders, track leads in Salesforce, meet productivity and sales targets, follow up with customers, and support promotional offers. Work independently within a team and complete administrative tasks as directed by management.

Provide support and administration for business applications, ensuring operational performance, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. Manage enhancements and projects, gather requirements, perform testing, vendor management, create documentation, and support users with training and issue resolution.
