Provide support and administration for business applications, ensuring operational performance, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. Manage enhancements and projects, gather requirements, perform testing, vendor management, create documentation, and support users with training and issue resolution.

Support Network Operations by deploying, administering, and improving server, virtualization, storage, and OS platforms. Provide advanced incident escalation, lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, backups), automation with tools like Ansible, and produce runbooks/documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver infrastructure projects, improve observability and reliability, and mentor technical team members for 24x7 operational readiness.

Make outbound calls to acquire and upgrade residential customers for phone, long-distance, internet, and video services. Use lead lists and Salesforce to meet sales and productivity metrics, place orders through internal systems, upsell bundles, maintain customer relationships, follow up, and complete administrative tasks per management direction.

Represent the brand at community and sponsored events, engage and educate customers, collect leads, distribute marketing materials and branded merchandise, support retail and sales activations, document events with photos, perform grassroots and experiential marketing, transport event supplies, and complete basic expense reporting.

Lead and coordinate high-severity cybersecurity incident response as incident commander, drive end-to-end IR lifecycle and post-incident improvements, run readiness playbooks and exercises, oversee security initiatives and portfolio tracking, and produce metrics and executive-level reporting translating technical outcomes into actionable insights.

Serve customers in-store and via outbound calls to assess needs and sell altafiber products and connected home solutions. Use POS and ordering systems, meet sales goals, manage inventory and cash, document follow-up, and support team operations while maintaining thorough product, promotion, and systems knowledge.
