Conduct outbound sales calls to acquire new customers, upgrade existing accounts, and upsell residential phone, internet, video, and long-distance services. Assess customer needs, recommend product bundles, process orders through internal systems, manage leads in Salesforce, meet productivity and sales goals, and maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication.

Represents altafiber in retail stores and through outbound calling, providing customer service, needs assessment, consultative selling, and connected-home solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring and upselling customers, processing sales and service orders, managing POS and inventory systems, explaining products and promotions, handling follow-up, meeting sales goals, and supporting store operations. The role works between a retail location and altafiber’s downtown Cincinnati corporate office.

Represents altafiber at community, sponsorship, retail, and promotional events. Engages customers and prospects, educates them about products and services, distributes marketing materials, collects leads, supports campaigns and sales teams, manages branded merchandise, documents activations for social media, and assists with event logistics, equipment transport, and expense reporting across the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton area.
