Represents altafiber in retail stores and through outbound calls, providing customer service, needs assessment, consultative sales, and smart home solutions. The role manages sales orders, POS operations, inventory, returns, customer follow-up, promotional offers, and multiple ordering systems while meeting sales and service goals. It also requires strong product knowledge, problem-solving, teamwork, and occasional work at the corporate office.

Provide support and administration for business applications, ensuring operational performance, data integrity, and alignment with business needs. Manage enhancements and projects, gather requirements, perform testing, vendor management, create documentation, and support users with training and issue resolution.

Generate and close B2B sales through outbound calling, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting. Build sales plans to expand fiber adoption, increase customer spending, and grow revenue. Manage the sales funnel, report pipeline progress, communicate consultative value propositions, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design customer solutions.
