The Director of Business Development at Cinch Home Services will drive growth by developing new partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and executing market strategies. Responsibilities include relationship building, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams for client success.

Provide operational HR support across employee lifecycle, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, HRIS operations, and employee engagement. Develop and distribute internal communications, support events and recognition programs, use AI/tools to streamline HR processes, and assist HR Business Partners with employee relations and reporting.

Lead strategy and execution of partnership marketing to drive new business, expand partnership revenue and EBITDA. Develop multi-channel B2B2C campaigns, create partner-specific marketing/product solutions, support sales and account teams, analyze performance, and optimize go-to-market initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing partner relationships.

The Business Analytics Lead will deliver business priorities through insights and advanced analytics, manage analytics teams, and integrate advanced analytics into applications.

Drive new partnership acquisition across priority channels by prospecting, solution-selling, negotiating contracts, building pipeline in Salesforce, and coordinating handoffs to implementation and account teams to support Cinch's growth strategy.

Lead front-end design and development for e-commerce UI frameworks and sites. Build user-facing features, ensure performance, accessibility, and code quality, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams, and drive scalable, tested solutions in an Agile environment.
