Partners with Commercial leadership to drive profitable revenue growth through channel, cohort, pricing, profitability, forecasting, and lifetime-value analysis. Supports budgeting, long-range planning, executive reporting, KPI development, and scenario analysis. Enhances financial models, dashboards, reporting systems, automation, and controls while collaborating cross-functionally with Data & Analytics and business teams. Leads projects, improves processes, and communicates actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Handles inbound and outbound sales and retention calls, identifies customer needs, recommends products and services, overcomes objections, verifies enrollments, updates customer data, manages inquiries, and provides account support. The role requires consultative selling, negotiation, customer service, product knowledge, accurate data entry, problem-solving, and the ability to recommend improved retention strategies to management.

Supports FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities. Partners with G&A and cross-functional leaders to evaluate performance, manage expenses, analyze claims-related costs, and improve decision-making. Maintains financial models, reconciles data, prepares reporting packages, and supports GAAP-compliant processes. Uses Excel, financial systems, BI tools, automation, and approved AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
