The Director of Business Development at Cinch Home Services will drive growth by developing new partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and executing market strategies. Responsibilities include relationship building, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various teams for client success.

Provide operational HR support across employee lifecycle, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, HRIS operations, and employee engagement. Develop and distribute internal communications, support events and recognition programs, use AI/tools to streamline HR processes, and assist HR Business Partners with employee relations and reporting.

Lead strategy and execution of partnership marketing to drive new business, expand partnership revenue and EBITDA. Develop multi-channel B2B2C campaigns, create partner-specific marketing/product solutions, support sales and account teams, analyze performance, and optimize go-to-market initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing partner relationships.
